+Video feed option for fischertechnik TXT4.0 controller shown here:

+No additional installation required. 
+You can use the project as is as a library in your own projects.
+The video can be used by opening a browser and specifying the following URL:
+
+http://[IP Controller]:9999/video_feed
+
+This only works on the local network.
+I only tested this with txt4.0 being connected to my AP as a client.
